Terms of Service & Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 13, 2026. By using SpringRules you agree to these terms.

2. Service & Privacy

SpringRules generates token-optimized .cursorrules and CLAUDE.md files for Java / Spring Boot projects. A free Standard (local) scan runs in your browser. Paid AI Deep Analysis is processed ephemerally on our infrastructure.

Zero data retention. We do not store your source code or submitted context on our servers. Input is processed only to produce the requested output, then discarded. We do not use submitted code to train models.

Payments are handled by Stripe. We do not store full payment card numbers. A session cookie may be set after purchase solely to recognize your Unlimited / AI Deep Analysis pass.

3. Pricing & Access

The paid offering is a single one-time payment of $9 USD, processed via Stripe. There is no subscription and no recurring charge.

Access to the Deep Analysis feature is provided for personal use under a Fair Use Policy (up to 20 AI generations per day). Automated scripting or commercial scraping is strictly prohibited.

Delivery is instant and digital: execution starts immediately upon purchase. Because this is digital content supplied instantly, you acknowledge that you waive your standard withdrawal / refund right under applicable consumer law once generation completes.

If a payment was taken in error (duplicate charge, failed delivery of the pass), contact contact@springrules.com and we will investigate in good faith.

4. Limitation of Liability

Generated code, rules, and insights are produced automatically (heuristics and/or AI) for developer assistance only. They may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect for your codebase.

You remain solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, and testing any generated configuration before using it in production or sharing it with AI coding tools. To the fullest extent permitted by French law, SpringRules and its publisher are not liable for loss of data, business interruption, or damages arising from use of the generated output.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of France. Any dispute relating to the publication or use of SpringRules shall be brought before the competent French courts, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in your country of residence.
